Watson Outdoor Living does residential demolition in and around Statesboro, Georgia. We take out small structures like sheds, old outbuildings, decks and porches. We also break out and remove old concrete driveways, slabs and walkways. The CAT 308 excavator brings it down, and the debris leaves in our dump trailer.
These are the jobs most demolition contractors pass on. One shed or one old driveway does not fill their schedule. CJ Watson runs the machines himself, so a half day of work is worth booking. Call or text (912) 712-6034 for a free estimate anywhere in our Southeast Georgia service area.

Our demolition work covers small residential structures. Sheds, old outbuildings, wood decks and porches are the usual jobs. We also take out above-ground concrete such as driveways, slabs, walkways and pads. If a compact excavator can reach it and pull it apart, it fits what we do.
House teardowns and commercial buildings are a different trade with different equipment. We stay on the small residential side, where a job runs a half day rather than a week. One homeowner had an old shed sitting in the yard, and we took it out and hauled it off. Jobs that size are normal work for us.
It starts with CJ coming out to look at the structure. He checks how big it is, what it is built from, and what sits next to it. Access matters too, since the truck and dump trailer need to get in close. The free estimate comes after that visit, because size and materials drive the cost.
On job day the CAT 308 excavator pulls the structure apart piece by piece. The root rake grapple then picks up the debris and loads the dump trailer. Most sheds and small buildings come down and go away the same day. If your structure may contain asbestos, have it tested first, because we stick to clean tear-downs.
Old concrete comes out the same way. The 308 breaks the driveway or slab into pieces, and the grapple loads them into the dump trailer. We have torn out an old driveway for a customer ahead of a new pour. The broken concrete goes to a disposal site, and the spot gets raked clean.
Once the structure or slab is gone, you are left with bare dirt and a footprint. Our grading and leveling work can smooth that spot so it drains and matches the yard. If the low area needs filling, dirt work brings in material and packs it down. For a new footing, pad or utility line, excavation picks up where the tear-out stops.

(912) 712-6034From the first look at the property to the last pass of the grapple, here is exactly how it goes.
We come see the property first: the growth, the ground under it, access for the machines, and what you want the land to become. Clearing prices live in details a phone call cannot see.
You get a real number and a real timeline, and what it covers is spelled out: clearing, stumps, grading, debris. It holds unless the scope changes, and you hear about any change before it costs anything.
The CAT 265 and 308 show up when we said they would. Brush gets mulched or piled, trees and stumps come out, dirt gets shaped, and debris leaves on the trailer.
We go over the finished ground with you before we leave. Smooth dirt you can mow, grade or build on, and a property that looks better than the day we pulled in.
